What is your booking policy?
A 50% deposit (of the total party cost) is required when making a reservation. The other 50% is paid on the day of the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation fee required as long as your party is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the event and you rebook another party to take place within six months of the original party date.
Do my party guests have to be 21 years of age?
No. Your party guests can be of any age.
Do we play for real money?
These events are for entertainment purposes only. No real money are used on the tables. All guess are given funny money or play chips.
Do you offer full party planning services?
We do offer full party planning services, from catering service, servers, bartenders, staffing, dealers an more, just sit back and let us take care of it.
Do we need to tip the dealers?
Tipping is not mandatory, but is well appreciated by all the dealers. If you wish to include a tip for the dealers, please talk to your Pit Boss or Event manager and they will explain the best way of going about it.
