Pricing

Prices vary to reflect daily or long term use, off season and peak periods and volume discounts. Please call one of our party rental consultants for a quote on your rental requirements or for any information you require.  All charges are based on "time out", whether used or not.

Payment and Deposit

A 50% deposit is required when making a reservation where the total fee exceeds $500. We accept cash, cheques, money orders and major credit cards as the forms of payment. The balance must be paid on the day of the event. If an order is paid by cheque and the cheque is returned, the customer is responsible for all charges charged by the bank due to the NSF charges. The 50% deposit will not be refunded on orders cancelled less than 10 days prior to the event.

Delivery & Pick Up

Orders can be delivered and picked up by our staff for a reasonable cost. The fee for deliveries and pick ups is $70 within 10 miles , however extra charges may apply. Any delivery and pick up service is to the main floor or to your door.  Any handling up the elevator or the stairs will incur extra charges. Tables and chairs can be set up for a small fee, if arranged in advance. Deliveries, set-ups and pick-ups are included in the price of party packages only.  An extra charge may be levied for items not reasonably cleaned and not ready for pick-up.
 

Damages

VanCity Casino Rentals prides itself in renting the highest quality equipment that is well maintained. All items are cleaned and checked after every use. Broken, dirty, damaged or missing items will be charged at our replacement cost.
